Terms and Conditions for Venue Hire
1. Booking and Payment
1.1 Deposit Requirement: A deposit is required to secure your booking. The amount of the deposit will be specified at the time of booking.
1.2 Card Details: Customers may be asked to provide card details at the time of booking for security purposes. These details may be used in the event of a late cancellation or no-show, as per our cancellation policy.
1.3 Payment Terms: The full payment for the event must be made according to the payment schedule provided at the time of booking. Failure to adhere to the payment terms may result in the cancellation of the booking.
1.4 Additional Charges: Any additional charges incurred on the day of the event, such as for extra services or room setup changes, must be settled at the end of the event.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Cancellation Notice: Cancellations must be made at least two weeks prior to the booking date to avoid charges.
2.2 Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within one week of the booking date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. In cases where no deposit has been taken, a cancellation fee equivalent to the deposit amount will be charged.
2.3 No-Show Policy: Failure to attend the event without prior notice will result in the full booking amount being charged to the card on file.
3. Menu and Special Offers
3.1 Menu Options: Customers will be provided with a curated menu for the event. Any specific dietary requirements or menu changes must be communicated at least two weeks prior to the event date.
3.2 Special Offers: All special offers related to this campaign are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Offers cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount.
4. Room Hire and Usage
4.1 Private Room Hire: The private room is available for exclusive hire for events such as Christmas parties, corporate events, and social gatherings. Room hire is subject to availability and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
4.2 DJ Services: DJ services can be provided upon request and are subject to availability and cost. Quotes will be provided based on the specific requirements of your event.
4.3 Room Capacity: The maximum capacity of the private room will be communicated at the time of booking. Exceeding the maximum capacity is not permitted and may result in the cancellation of the booking or additional charges.
4.4 Room Setup: Any specific requests for room setup or decorations must be made at least one week prior to the event date. Additional charges may apply for customised setups.
4.5 Damage Policy: Any damage caused to the property or venue during the event will be the responsibility of the customer and will result in additional charges for repair or replacement.
5. General Terms
5.1 Liability: We are not responsible for any personal items lost or damaged during the event. It is advised to keep valuables secure at all times.
5.2 Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate the booking if guests engage in disorderly conduct or behaviour that puts other guests or our staff at risk.
5.3 Force Majeure: We are not liable for cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, government restrictions, or natural disasters.
